Our office was established in 1978, in Leesville, Louisiana. We started out as a pedodontic practice and have since expanded to include five other specialties. We have four staff dentists, three hygienist, a visiting orthodontist, and oral surgeon.

We are a preferred provider for United Concordia (active duty military), Met Life, Most Delta Dental Insurance policies, and Humana Dental Insurance. However we are happy to file with any insurance company.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as payment. needs. Please contact our office for details.

Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
