Our office was established in 1978, in Leesville, Louisiana. We started our as a pedodontic practice and have since expanded to include five other specialties. We have four staff dentists, three hygienist on staff, a visiting orthodontist, pedodontist, oral surgeon, and periodontist.

We are a preferred provider for United Concordia (active duty military), Most Delta Dental Insurance policies, and Humana Dental Insurance. However we are happy to file with any insurance company.

We accept cash, check, and all credit cards as payment. needs. Please contact our office for details.

Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
