Our office was established in 1978, in Leesville, Louisiana. We started out as a pedodontic practice and have since expanded to include five other specialties. We have two staff dentists, four hygienist on staff, a visiting orthodontist, pedodontist, oral surgeon, and periodontist.
We are a preferred provider for United Concordia (active duty military), Most Delta Dental Insurance policies, and Humana Dental Insurance. However we are happy to file with any insurance company.
We accept cash, check, and all credit cards as payment. We are pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare credit or Barksdale Credit Union Healthcare loans for your financial needs. Capital One Healthcare Credit is a convenient, no down payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatment over $1,000.00. Please contact our office for details.
Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed Tuesdays 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM for training.
